We loved staff and location. Ideal place for discovering Puno. Near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. We were in an superior queen room with climate control, a writing desk and a personal computer.

The tour booked through the hotel was excellent, and the staff who helped us were friendly and professional. The location was also great, with several restaurants and attractions nearby. Plus, the hot shower was a welcome relief from the cold weather.
The room was not very clean, with dust and debris on the floors and in the corners. The advertised laundry service was unavailable, and the shared kitchen was not well-maintained.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Puno that exceeded my expectations. the value for money was outstanding. The prices were incredibly affordable, especially considering the attention to detail and service provided. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was convenient, just a short distance from the bustling plaza. Additionally, the rooms were comfortable, with private bathrooms and a refreshing shower. But the highlight was definitely the breakfast. It was a delightful spread that included fresh bread, juice, coffee, tea, and a variety of toppings including marmalade and avocado. It was a great way to start the day!
No significant improvements needed; everything was satisfactory.
